Pasrah tells a tale about the life of Farah Adiba, a simple girl turned famous model after winning the Miss Malaysia pageant. Farah had to face a lot of hurdles in her love life as well as her career and coping with Natasha, an envious rival. Natasha always thinks that Fendi, their manager favours Farah by giving her better assignments. Farah, on the other hand treats Natasha otherwise.
